While in my most recent role, I had the opportunity to dive into UX design. The following are some projects and initiatives I collaborated on with other functional roles on our team.
Medicare Video Series
Our goal was to create a video series to help educate seniors about their options when in comes to Medicare. Additionally, we hoped to gain trustworthiness, brand recognition, and email capture.
Redesign and Website Restructuring
Both websites I worked on went through a redesign and restructuring process during a content migration. During this time I created website architecture, wireframes and more.
Geo Pages
Medicare Advantage plans vary greatly by state, so our marketing manager proposed we create state-specific pages in order to assist our users.
