- Document website architecture in order to decide what to cut, re-categorize or change.
- Learn what category pages need to be created post-migration.
- Wireframe potential category pages for post-migration.
Project Development
This project required working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional leaders. The project required three parts: 1) a content migration, 2) website restructuring, and 3) website redesign. As a content strategist, I helped develop wireframes, document our website architecture, and I led a team to help clean up 100s of content pages post-migration based on designs.
Wireframing
A fellow content strategist and I created wireframes for the future-state redesign based on user research, collaborative knowledge and website capabilities. We based our designs based on KPIs and industry knowledge of Medicare and other government programs.
